They are offering an exciting opportunity for an apprentices to join our multiple award-winning National Contact Centre team in Cardiff where they will experience a first-class customer service training programme over an 18-month period to gain a qualification and develop the skills, knowledge and experience in readiness to become a fully-fledged Sales and Service Advisor.

Apprenticeship Level 3 – Customer Service

£19000 per annum

Duties

  • capture customer orders and upsell promotions across our wholesale offering
  • proactively move customers to online ordering where appropriate
  • manager customer queries in a professional manner and resolve / allocate as appropriate
  • support the maintenance of our customer data by proactively updating the relevant system/s as and when necessary

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE in English/Maths (A-C) or equivalent
  • Motivated to learn new skills
  • Basic IT literacy (has used basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook)
