About this Apprenticeship
Hashtag Tan Ltd is seeking a creative, enthusiastic Junior Hairdresser to support their stylists and begin building your own clientele. You’ll gain hands-on experience in cutting, colouring, styling, and salon operations, while developing your skills under the mentorship of the senior team.

Key duties
- Greet clients, assist Senior Stylists, and help with consultation prep
- Shampoo, condition, and prep hair for treatments and styling
- Assist with haircuts, blow‑drying, basic colouring, highlights, and extensions
- Mix colour, maintain organised colour stations, and help monitor inventory
- Keep salon and workstations clean, sterilised, and well-stocked
- Manage appointments, support front-desk duties, and ensure a positive client experience
- Observe and learn advanced techniques and current trend applications

- Level 2 Hairdressing
