As part of their commitment to nurturing talent, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our team and kickstart their career in digital marketing.
You’ll be enrolled in a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship programme, combining on-the-job training with structured learning.
Location: Pimnet House, 25-27 Pantbach Road, Cardiff CF14 1TU
Hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Apprenticeship Minimum Wage
Apprenticeship: Level 3 Digital Marketing
Key Duties:
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
- Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy and analysing performance
- Help update and maintain company websites and blogs using CMS tools
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimization tasks
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Assist in creating visual assets using Canva or Adobe tools
- Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity
- Use the latest AI tools, to automate workflows and processes
- Use latest tools to analyse competitors’ content and outperform them
Essential:
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Desirable:
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or WordPress
- Previous experience in content creation or marketing (even personal projects)
- Interest in SEO, PPC, and web design
