About this Apprenticeship
Paradox Hairdressing is looking for a creative person to join our professional salon. The right person needs to be hardworking, enthusiastic, and work well within a team and have a passion for hair. Training will be provided, you will train towards a level 2 NVQ in Hairdressing and then progress to NVQ3 and 4. You will also receive in salon and off site training with our colour partner Goldwell who will help you to progress your career with the opportunity to train in London and enter competitions. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like a career in the hairdressing industry. You can opt into the company pension and you will receive complimentary cutting and colouring for yourself.

Key Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
- Manage store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee front desk duties, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
- Washing clients hair and providing refreshments.
- Making sure the salon is kept clean and tidy at all times.
