About this Opportunity

Concord International is a Trading Company dealing primarily in the Personal Care and Home Care sectors.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, presentable, computer literate, have good organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines. They must be confident and have a good telephone manner, and have experience using Excel and Microsoft word.

New Inn, Pontypool

9.00 am – 4.30 pm, Monday – Friday.

JGW+ training allowance of up to £60 a week plus travelling expenses.


  • Accurate coding of invoices and entering onto Sage accounts Package.
  • Matching invoices and delivery notes – dealing with any queries.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Allocating payments/customer receipts.
  • Updating excel spreadsheets /databases.
  • Using bespoke stock control system and epos system.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Customer service dealing with customer queries.
  • Other duties will include general admin, operating telephone switchboard, typing letters filing etc.
