This qualification will primarily be delivered through 1-to-1 sessions with a member of our delivery team, using a mixture of face-to-face and remote learning sessions.

Upon enrolment, learners are also allocated an assessor. Throughout the qualification, the assessor will visit the learner either at their workplace or remotely (for example, via Microsoft Teams) on a monthly basis, to support progress, observe and set tasks. Learners will be required to complete set tasks between each assessor visit, for approximately 4 hours per month (please note – this is just a guide and will vary based on learner needs).

In addition, we also run a series of workshops that will help develop the knowledge and skills needed for your qualification. These workshops are delivered using a combination of face-to-face and online delivery and each workshop typically runs for a duration of 2.5 to 3 hours. Workshops are available for all learners to book onto and are run frequently.

Learners are supported and encouraged throughout their qualification to reach their full potential in their chosen industry.
