About this Opportunity

Playworks Childcare Ltd provides out-of-school care for primary school-aged children. They are a multiple childcare provider working across seven local authority areas.

All settings are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales or are in the process of registering.


14-40 hours

JGW+ training allowance of up to £55 a week plus travelling expenses.


  • Working closely with the Senior Customer Accounts Manager and Customer Accounts team to ensure that accounts and bookings are up to date.
  • Assisting in answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department.
  • Filling and photocopying and responding to emails.
  • Answering parent and carer queries with support from the management team.
  • Taking payments from parents and carers, sending out child details and registers to settings via post or email and allocating payments to customer accounts.
