Provides essential knowledge on the responsibilities around safeguarding vulnerable adults. The course will inform participants on how to safeguard vulnerable people and practitioners in the workplace, as well as how to respond to evidence or concerns about abuse. This course is suitable for anyone working, volunteering or seeking employment in the care sector.

Delivery Method: Face-to-face session

Learning Hours: 1 day (7 hours of learning)

  • How to safeguard and protect vulnerable adults and practitioners in the workplace 
  • How to respond to evidence or concerns that a person has been abused.

This safeguarding training is aimed at professionals and volunteers working with vulnerable adults.
