This course gives participants the knowledge to understand what resilience is and how it can impact one’s life. It challenges participants to reflect on their own resilience skills and provides the tools to build and improve them, both in their personal life and in the workplace. Resilience training helps you concentrate on the positive aspects of life and adapt to challenging situations. Enhancing your resilience can boost your quality of life, strengthen your emotional fortitude, and reduce stress and anxiety. 

 

Delivery Method: Face-to-face session

Learning Hours: 2 days (14 hours of learning)

Prerequisites: Pre-coursework to be completed before the course start date.

The assessment is comprised of a workbook completed throughout the course.
