A two-day course aimed at supporting people with developing their resilience, as well as recognising their own strengths and opportunities to develop. Participants will be able to define what stress is and identify symptoms of stress, identify their own stressors and develop ways to support themselves and others. Participants will be encouraged to participate in activities, with the primary assessment method being completion of a workbook during the training.

 

Delivery Method: Face-to-face

Learning Hours: 2 days (14 hours of learning)

Prerequisites: Pre-coursework to be completed prior to course start date

The assessment is comprised of a workbook completed throughout the 2 day course.

On completion of this course you will achieve a 1 Improving Own Confidence and 2 credits towards Resilience and Stress Management Level 2
