This course is designed to teach participants how to identify steps leading up to a possible conflict and how to diffuse the situation. Participants will also learn how to remove themselves from confrontational situations using techniques that do not require physical strength.
Conflict awareness – learn how to identify behaviours, triggers, and patterns that may lead to confrontation.
De-escalation techniques – develop strategies to calm situations before they escalate.
Breakaway skills – practise safe and effective methods to disengage from physical contact without causing harm.
Non-strength-based approach – techniques suitable for individuals of all ages, sizes, and physical abilities.
Safety-focused delivery – training that prioritises wellbeing for both the participant and the other party involved.
Practical scenarios – hands-on exercises to apply techniques in realistic situations.

This course is aimed at anyone over 18 years old, this is not limited to workplace challenges, this is to empower the participant to remove themselves safely from confrontational situations in home and work life settings.
